Many times a Small Business will invest in a Technology that they know is right but may not have the in-house expertise to implement. Let us help you setup your environment the right way in the first place so you'll have to manage it less and focus on running your business. I'm sure you're curious to know who we are and why're we doing this.
Zaphyr Technologies is a SonicWALL Silver Solution Provider. That just means that we've invested a lot of time and energy in trying to set ourselves apart from the crowd. The reason we're doing this blog is to share some of our 'Best Practices', Gotchas, etc. If you can benefit from these Tips'n'Tricks, it'll make the world a slightly better place. If you want OUR help in setting up or troubleshooting your solution, we're always available at 1-973-560-9050 to help. The SNSA (SonicWALL Network Security Administrator) is the first step towards qualifying yourself as a SonicWALL 'Engineer' or 'Administrator'. Since then SonicWALL has come out with a Master Certificate as well.
The Exam for this certification can be held at a Training Center, where you've gone for CSSA training, at the end of the training and also at the Prometric Training Centers worldwide. Do YOU need to be SNSA certified? No. Not if you plan to be deploying or managing SonicWALL Firewalls, CDP, Email Security and other Solutions. Should you work with a SNSA certified Engineer for deployment of a SonicWALL Solution in YOUR business or place of work? ABSOLUTELY! You always need the assistance of a Network Architect to design a proper solution from the ground-up, otherwise you'll be forever applying band-aids within your network and working around issues, thereby making the network slower, listening to a lot of user's complaints and be unhappy. |
